Elevate your Ham and Cheese croissants by using Donnelly Irish Traditional Ham ! Ingredients: 2 large croissants chutney of your choice (optional) 50g thinly sliced or shredded ham 50g gruyère thinly sliced or grated, plus extra grated cheese for the tops. wholegrain or Dijon mustard for spreading Method: step 1 Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 or if using an air fryer, heat it to 190C. Split the croissants through the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through, and put on a baking sheet. Spread chutney over the bases, then top with the ham and cheese. step 2 Close the croissants and spread a little mustard over the tops.
