Returns

Please note our returns policy below:

• All items must be returned in 'as new' condition, original unopeded packaging. As per FDA rules, we cannot accept returns for any opened food package.


• Shipping charges on the original order are nonrefundable.


• We cannot accept returns on perishable products.


• We accept returns up to 7 days from delivery date.


• Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. This code should then be included with the returned item.


• We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item.


• Returns must be shipped 'prepaid' to our address:
