Ingredients 4oz non fat plain yogurt 3.5oz porridge oats 1 large egg (beaten) 50ml vegetable oil 3 tblsp water 5oz self-raising flour 3 ripe mashed bananas 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2oz brown sugar Method 1.Preheat Oven to 200°C. 2.Mix the yogurt, egg, oil and water together. 3.Mix the flour, sugar, porridge oats and cinnamon together. 4.Mix in the wet ingredients to the dry. 5.Add the mashed bananas and fold into the mixture. 6.Spoon the mixture into muffin tins that are lined with paper cases. 7.Cook for 15 minutes – until the top is golden brown and ‘springy’ to touch 8.Allow to cool Source: RTE Recipes
