Ingredients: (Serves 2) 1 cooked chicken breast 2 handfuls rocket leaves 2tbsp Ballymaloe Cranberry Sauce 2tbsp mayonnaise 2 slices sourdough bread Method: 1. Cook the chicken on a griddle pan, you can use leftover roast chicken instead if you have some. 2. Mix the Ballymaloe Cranberry sauce with mayo and spread on both slices of sourdough. 3.
