I received one of these Irish breakfast packages as a present last Christmas. This Christmas, I decided to treat myself. Once again, it was absolutely delicious. I ate this kind of food all the time in Ireland. I don't even try to shop for black and white pudding in the US, and I am always disappointed with their sausages and rashers (actually, they are not even rashers), and even with their baked beans. There was no greater pleasure this year than cooking this fry while eating brown bread and butter and drinking Barry's tea. I cooked it for dinner for two nights, actually, not for breakfast. It got me to make my own dinner rather than order in!

I purchased the traditional Irish breakfast becauce my sons had visited Ireland a few year ago and the breakfasts were one of their fondest memories (among so many). I wanted to suprise them Christmas morning with a traditional Irish breakfast. The order arrived on time and we enjoyed this delicious breakfast. The food was fresh and they boys said it was exactly how they remembered. It was a perfect meal and made our Christmas morning one to remember. Hopefully, we will be able to make this a new Christmas tradition thanks to Food Ireland.
