Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Serves 1
Ingredients:
45g Flahavan’s Oats
½ banana
1 tsp chia seeds
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
-2nd layer-
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
-Top with your favorite toppings, i.e. sliced banana, cinnamon, oats, nuts, granola
Method:
Mix oats, milk, banana, cinnamon and maple syrup until combined.
Microwave for 1½ mins.
Spread yogurt over the oat layer.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
Top with your favourite toppings in the morning – banana, cinnamon, nuts.
