Our Odlums Extra Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

I’ve been buying Odlums flour from Food Ireland for years. Communication is excellent, receipt of order is quickly acknowledged and you are informed when item is shipped and when to expect delivery. I use it mainly for my Aldi’s Favorite Brown Bread. (recipe is on line and really easy to make). It is the only bread I eat so I use a lot of flour! Good work Food Ireland and thanks for providing a source for our favorite items we can’t live without!
