Our Odlums Extra Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

My sweet husband Brian (with an “i” not a “y”) was recently transported back to the old country without even the cost of a plane ticket. Just a bite of a simple, complex, richly textured warm brown bread with maybe five ingredients counting a pinch of salt. This flour. You flew it all the way from there to here in as many days as there were ingredients. I gave a bag of this flour to each of the (adult) children. Everyone is now remembering their young family trips to Ireland, retelling bits about everyone and everywhere they visited. Taste buds can’t lie. This flour is heaven sent

Cannot get this here. FoodIreland shipps it fast and efficiently at great prices. I am a world traveler of Irish and Welsh descent, make my own bread daily, and this is how I can do it. Great taste and nutrition at good prices. Great for diabetic control in controlled amount. I love it daily.
