I’ve been buying Odlums flour from Food Ireland for years. Communication is excellent, receipt of order is quickly acknowledged and you are informed when item is shipped and when to expect delivery. I use it mainly for my Aldi’s Favorite Brown Bread. (recipe is on line and really easy to make). It is the only bread I eat so I use a lot of flour! Good work Food Ireland and thanks for providing a source for our favorite items we can’t live without!

We watched a program about Ireland and saw traditional Irish Soda Bread with course wheat flour. So I ordered this flour and oh why goodness, my husband won't eat anything else now.

I got a recipe for Ballymaloe bread a few years ago that recommended Odlums Extra Coarse Wholegrain Flour, so I ordered a bag to give it a try. It was love at first bake! Since then I’ve shared the recipe ( and several others) as well as this perfect flour with many, many friends and family members. I also have given loaves of bread to many people I love. Initially, I ordered an extra bag or two to share, but over time I began sharing the foodireland.com website with those friends to spare the delivery man the strain of delivering such a big box to my door. I bake several loaves a week for my family and always keep an “extra” bag in reserve so I know I won’t run out. It is simply the best flour, period.
