Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

I live in a small community 2 hours from cities with Irish shoppes. Food Ireland has everything I need for my baking. I rely on the Odlums products-FI ships very fast and everything is fresh. Highly recommend.
