Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

I do not know what I would do if not for Food Ireland. I am able to make all my breads and pastries just as I love them because they make the products available and reasonable. It is almost as good as being home (almost).

My daughter recently got the family recipe for Wheaten Bread from my brother-in-law in Co Antrim. We realized very quickly that we needed real wholemeal flour. This is the real thing.... and makes me wan to visit my daughter as often as possible!

Worth buying if only for the recipe on the package. Can't get in US and packaging/service is outstanding.
