Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

I make this bread weekly with Odlum’s Coarse Wholemeal Flour, from Food Ireland. Also delicious without any seeds. I do not turn the loaf for the last few minutes of baking, but use a thermometer to 205F. It takes one hour from pulling out ingredients from cabinet to taking loaf from oven. Heavenly!!
