Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

I received my coarse wholemeal flour just as promised, and very quickly. Last night I made a loaf of brown bread, it was delicious, just as the bread we had last month in Ireland. I am so thankful I found this site. Thank you.

I love this Wholemeal flour. I recreated a much-loved digestive biscuit and couldn't do it without this.

I just made a loaf of brown bread—my kitchen smelled heavenly and the bread was perfection. I cannot get the same results using American flour brands. Odlums is the best!
