This is the only Imported Irish ham you will find in the USA. The pork used in these hams is fully traceable to one of the many family farms in Ireland where the pig was reared. The hams are produced and packaged in Ireland. Inside the outer packaging, the ham is wrapped in a food grade wax paper which allows the ham to retain its shape if baking or boiling. There is a lean layer of fat on the back of these hams for beautiful presentation and it will hold a glaze very well. Each ham is approximately 1.5 kg or 3.3lb. A Ham will feed about 6 people.

insulated container to keep the contents at the correct temperature while in transit.*The maximum time in transit allowed for this perishable product is 2 days. Perishable items are shipped Monday-Wednesday.
*When you checkout, you must select 'UPS 2nd Day Air' as the shipping method. However, you may select 'UPS Ground' if your order is shipping to the following states: CT, DC, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV and certain areas of the following states: KY, GA, MI and IL.
*If you place a perishable order Wednesday-Sunday, it will be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day.

I purchased the Irish ham as an add-on to another order. It was absolutely delicious and tasted just as good as I remember my mother's ham. My son purchased another ham, thinking that this would not be sufficient but it was enough for our table of 18, half of whom were children. Next year I will probably purchase two if my budget stretches to it. It was well worth the cost.

I order this ham every year. We were disappointed this year as there was an unacceptable amount of fat running through the ham resulting in a lot being left on the plate on Christmas Day

I ordered this to try some food in honor of my late partner from Ballyshannon. This ham is unlike any American ham. When I say it's a game changer, I mean it more than any words can express! It was, quite literally, thee best ham I have EVER had in my 45 years. I'll be only ordering this from now on, and I can't wait to share it with my family for Easter! My daughters LOVED it. Truth be told, the three of us ate the entire ham in a day. That's how unbelievably delicious it is. Once you have this ham, you'll never go back to the American version. As Kieran would say: absolutely BRILLIANT!
