insulated container to keep the contents at the correct temperature while in transit.*The maximum time in transit allowed for this perishable product is 2 days. Perishable items are shipped Monday-Wednesday.
*When you checkout, you must select 'UPS 2nd Day Air' as the shipping method. However, you may select 'UPS Ground' if your order is shipping to the following states: CT, DC, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV and certain areas of the following states: KY, GA, MI and IL.
*If you place a perishable order Wednesday-Sunday, it will be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day.

After a family trip to Ireland I wanted to find a company where I could order my son’s Irish favorite foods for his special birthday..Food Ireland was great! Because I had perishables in the order they watched the weather and waited a week for delivery due to high temperatures. I appreciated that and the package was delivered to my son’s door in NY the week of his birthday. The meat was still frozen and on the morning of his birthday I received a text from him with a picture of a delicious looking breakfast sandwich he’d made with his Irish sausage. Thank you, Food Ireland- I’ll be ordering again.

Call sausages are the closest tasting sausage to a sausage that you would get in Ireland. There are a few places in America, the triumph replicated, but these are the genuine article 10 out of 10 same for the black-and-white pudding and the rashers
