‘Oats are one of the most versatile foods you can eat with huge health benefits and not only do they provide you with dietary fibre at breakfast time that can stabilise blood sugar levels for the day ahead keeping those hunger pangs at bay, but also happen to be my number one comfort meal.’

Overnight Oats

1. Coconut and Goji Berry Overnight Oats
Serves 1

Ingredients:
45g Flahavan’s Oats
250ml coconut water
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to combine. Screw on the lid and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, just give the oats a quick stir before tucking in.

2. Coconut and Raisin Overnight Oats
Serves 1

Ingredients:
45g Flahavan’s Oats
250ml coconut milk
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to combine. Screw on the lid and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, just give the oats a quick stir before tucking in.

3. Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Serves 1

Ingredients:
45g Flahavan’s Oats
250ml almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 pink lady grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to combine. Screw on the lid and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, just give the oats a quick stir before tucking in.
