Irish curry cheese chips

Classic comfort food..


4 large potatoes
7 heaped tablespoons McDonnells curry powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dubliner cheddar cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and slice potatoes into thick chunk.
Place potatoes on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
For the curry sauce:
Add 4 fl oz boiling water to the curry powder and cook on the gas for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour curry sauce over cooked chips and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
