Irish Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 200g butter
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 100g grated cheddar

Method:

  1. Mash the garlic with a little sea salt on a board until it becomes a paste. Mix with the Kerrygold Spreadable and add in the grated cheese.
  2. Cut the baguette into diagonal slices and spread with the garlic butter and cheese mix and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until golden and toasted.
  4. Once cooked, serve immediately. The garlic butter mix will keep, very well wrapped, in the fridge for several days.
