Ingredients
6oz fruit (ripe bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwis)
4oz yogurt
1.5oz Flahavans Quick Oats
7 fl oz milk
Honey to sweaten
Method
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
2. Add more milk to adjust consistency.
3. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
Makes approx. 500ml (1 pint)
