Chivers Slow Cooked Pork Ribs

Slow roasted pork ribs

1/2 cup Molasses
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tbsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1 Jar Chivers Ginger Preserve
2 Slabs Baby Back Ribs

1. In a bowl mix the marinade ingredients.
2. Brush the ribs with half the marinade.
3. Cover with tinfoil.
4. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours until tender.
5. Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Pour Marinade over the ribs.
7. Increase the oven to 350 degrees.
8. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for a further 15-20 minutes, until crisp.
