Summer Smoothie

Ingredients:

500 grams of tofu
400 grams of fresh strawberries
120ml of plain soy milk
70 grams of ice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons of Chivers strawberry jam

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
2. Pour and serve
