Irish Breakfast Sandwich

2 Donnelly’s Rashers
2 Irish Style Sausages
2 pieces of Black Pudding
2 Pieces of White Pudding
2 eggs
Brennans Batch Bread
Irish Butter
Baked beans on side


1. Heat a little oil in the pan.
2. Fry sausages until they are fully cooked and the skin has browned well
3. Fry bacon and puddings until crispy.
4. Fry eggs to your liking
5. Using Irish Butter, butter the Brennans Batch Bread, smear topping of choice like Chef Tomato ketchup or HP sauce.
5. Add meat on to the bread last. Serve with baked beans on the side and wash it down with a hot cup of Irish Tea
