
Turkish Delight Fridge Cake
No baking required for this one tray recipe
Ingerdients
7oz Dark Chocolate coarsely chopped
7oz Milk Chocolate coarsely chopped
375 ml Cream
14oz Nice Biscuits coarsely chopped
17oz Fry’s Turkish Delight
150g Pistachio Kernels
5oz Cranberries
White Chocolate and extra Pistachios to decorate
Method
1.Brush pan with oil. Place chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until all the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
2.Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
3.Combine the biscuit, Turkish delight, pistachios and cranberries in a large bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
4.Spoon into the greased tray, pressing firmly to fit.
5.Place in the fridge for 6 hours or until firm, drizzle with white chocolate and decorate
