
Boiled Bacon sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices Brennans bread
Butter
1 piece Donnelly boiling bacon, cooked and sliced
lakeshore mustard
1 tomato, sliced
Irish Cheddar
1 scallion, sliced
Few leaves of lettuce
Method
Butter each slice of bread.
On one slice of bread arrange the bacon, lettuce, scallions, tomato and cheese.
Spread the other slice with mustard.
Serving Suggestion: Tayto Cheese and Onion and a cup of Barrys Tea
