We used to have a local mill. I bought flour just like this. It's amazing! I love this flour. It is truly whole wheat! I've used the mix and the plain flour to make biscuits (like scones), and they are divine.

The Best ready mix. Reminds me of being in Galway, IRE. I use buttermilk instead of water and add 1 til of wheat germ. THE BEST.
