Ingredients:
-2 eggs
- 2 Slices of Brennans Bread
-Donnelly Back Bacon
-knob of butter
- Maple syrup/golden syrup
Method:
1.Make the egg batter by whisking 2 eggs and a drop of cream together.
2.Fry some thin pieces of bacon till crispy and put aside.
3.Soak Brennans Family Pan in the batter before frying. Fry the bread on a medium heat with a knob of butter in the pan.
4.Then add the bacon on top with maple syrup.
