Ingredients:
Donnelly’s Jumbo Sausages
Batchelors Baked Beans
2 eggs
French Fries, or homemade french fries
Salt and pepper to taste
Brennans Bread
Irish Tea
Method:
1. Fry or bake french fries until crispy.
2. In a little oil, fry the sausages until they are cooked thoroughly and the skin is brown.
3. Cook eggs to your liking
4. Heat beans in a saucepan until piping hot but not boiling.
5. Serve with toasted buttery Irish bread and wash down with a hot cup of Irish tea.
