Finally found this bread in an Irish market in NY an hour away but the convenience of getting it through Food Ireland has been wonderful, right to my door now. This bread has great almost malty flavor and terrific texture, makes wonderful toast for dipping in soft eggs or having with tea. I love it!

This bread is absolutely delicious . It’s a little taste of home . My Grannie back in Cushendall Co Antrim baked this bread all the time and this tastes exactly the same as hers did back then .
