insulated container to keep the contents at the correct temperature while in transit.*The maximum time in transit allowed for this perishable product is 2 days. Perishable items are shipped Monday-Wednesday.
*When you checkout, you must select 'UPS 2nd Day Air' as the shipping method. However, you may select 'UPS Ground' if your order is shipping to the following states: CT, DC, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV and certain areas of the following states: KY, GA, MI and IL.
*If you place a perishable order Wednesday-Sunday, it will be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day.

Superb Irish sausages, packaged, handled and delivered the right way, great for a proper breakfast and simply divine if the skin is removed and used to make sausage rolls.

Stayed in Temple bar in Dublin last month and the local street cafe served up an awsome breakfast every morning. Had to get some when I came back home. This is the real deal.

I have had “bangers” from the Whole Foods meat dept, which were coarse ground similar to Italian sausage. This wasn’t that , but are very mild porky sausages similar to hot dogs in texture, but without hot dog flavorings or heavy salt. While a surprise, I am very happy with the way they compliment the rest of breakfast without making you worry about raising your blood pressure. When I want salt, I go for the back bacon.
