This is the only Imported Irish ham you will find in the USA. The pork used in these hams is fully traceable to one of the many family farms in Ireland where the pig was reared. The hams are produced and packaged in Ireland. Inside the outer packaging, the ham is wrapped in a food grade wax paper which allows the ham to retain its shape if baking or boiling. There is a lean layer of fat on the back of these hams for beautiful presentation and it will hold a glaze very well. Each ham is approximately 3 kg or 6.6lb. A Ham will feed about 12 people.

*When you checkout, you must select 'UPS 2nd Day Air' as the shipping method. However, you may select 'UPS Ground' if your order is shipping to the following states: CT, DC, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV and certain areas of the following states: KY, GA, MI and IL.
*If you place a perishable order Wednesday-Sunday, it will be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day.

We are fans of Ireland and some specific foods... but nothing beats the taste of Ireland in REAL IRISH Rashers and Hams! We have ordered several times!

We just had one of the large Donnelly hams for Easter. I prepared it like the way shown in the Jamie Oliver Christmas roast, glazed ham YouTube only I I substituted the Ballymaloe glaze for his mixture. It turned out perfectly and delicious. I’ve got left overs for sandwiches later and will be making 15 bean soup with the poaching liquid. Will likely buy another one in the future. As stated by others, different taste and texture than what were used to in the US. Nice change of pace.

Ordered this for Christmas last minute due to a change in plans and received it 2 days later. Was very impressed with the timely delivery. It was packaged very well and came with instructions on how to cook it. Very nice quality ham. Would order it again and definitely recommend it for a family dinner.

I got this for Christmas. The flavor is deeper and the texture is nicer than American ham. I used a little sugar syrup to glaze. You could use honey or maple syrup too. Really beautiful our guests loved it. There’s no bone so it’s super easy to slice when serving.
