| Bride's
apple sponge |
2 cups(450g) self
rasing flour
1 cup(225g)caster sugar
3 eggs
1 cup (250ml)vegable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4-5 peeled apples,chopped into large chunks
1
birds eye custard

Mix all but the apples
together in a bowl.
Add the apples.
Pour into a 9x12" tin.
Bake foe30-40 minutes.
Serve with custard.
