Dubliner Garlic Bread
For each stick of French bread, you will need,

4oz of garlic butter

4oz of grated Dubliner cheese

Freshly ground black pepper

Split the French stick lenghtwise and spread the garlic butter on both
sides of the bread.
Sprinkle with the grated Dubliner cheese.
Wrap in foil and place in a pre-heated oven 350 degrees F. for about 10
minutes until heated through.
Cut on the salnt, into chunky slices, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper
and serve hot.
