1 cup Tritamyl white bread mix flour

1/8 cup sugar (2tabl)

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 1/4 teaspoon yeast

1 3/4 teaspoons xanthum gum

1 cup warm water
-
1/8 cup lard or shorting
-
1 beaten egg
-
1/4 cup Tritamyl white bread mix
-
1/2 teaspoon dough enhancer
or vinegar

1 cup Tritamyl white bread mix

This will make a 8
1/2x4 1/ 2 loaf
grease pan, set oven to 350 degrease
bake for 30-35 minutes
In a large bowl mix together
1 cup Tritamyl white bread mix flour
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 3/4 teaspoon xanthum gum
combine with 1 cup of warm water and 1/8 cup of lard or shorting
gradually add to the dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium
speed
scraping bowl as needed
to thicken batter add
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup Tritamyl white bread mix flour
1/2 teaspoon dough enhancer or vinegar
beat 1/2 minute at low speed then at high speed for 3 minutes
add 1 cup Tritamyl white bread mix flour
use the dough hook of your kitchen aide
beat on speed 2 until its well mixed (about 2-3 minutes)
or you can use a regular flat beater if you do not have a kitchen aide
flour a pastry cloth and roll the dough in the flour
with a rolling pin or your hand
roll or pat out the dough into a rectangle about 9 by 14 inches
starting at the short end roll dough tightly
pinch dough to seal seam pinch ends and then under
place seam side down
in a greased loaf tin
let it rise for about 35-40 minutes or until it doubles in size
bake at 350 degrees for 30/35 minutes
