Apple Crumble gluten free)



Slice the apple into a deep, small ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with sugar to taste. 
Make the crumble by rubbing the margarine and brown bread mix together until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. 
Add the caster sugar and mix. Sprinkle the crumble over the apple and sugar and place in preheated oven at (375F 190C ,gas mark 5) for approx 20 minutes until top is golden.
