I'm sorry, I know - there isn't much nutrition here... but it's the ultimate comfort food and brings me back to student life when it was a dietary staple. Mum illicitly brings me the odd Pot Noddle when she comes to visit - but now I'm pregnant and craving them like mad, I need a more reliable dealer, LOL. I love these - especially when you dip a slice of plain (batch) bread in them (thank you FoodIreland - I haven't had decent bread in the 5 years I've been in the States, until I found you!).
