Delicious on a cool day

Being from the U.S., this type of soup (carrot and parsnip) is quite rare, but I ate it in Ireland and it truly is soothing on a cool day. The carrot and parsnip are refreshing but it still fills you up. Great soup; wish they'd carry it more widely in the U.S.! Highly recommended.
