Versitile and fast

A great mix, and you can add a few things for variety, like a bit of sugar and dried fruit, or, you can cut in some Irish butter, use a small amount of milk in place of water, and make the finest multigrain biscuits you have ever tasted... a wonderful product...

This bread mix truly makes an excellent bread! The flavor and texture are terrific and it is full of satisfying grains. It is fast to make, it bakes well and the baking instructions were accurate. The bread also keeps well and stays fresh for days after baking when wrapped in Aluminum foil.
