Makes the best bread

If you've been to Ireland, you know that with every meal you get a slice of coarse brown soda bread. I brought the recipe back to the US, but there is NO WAY to make that bread without extra coarse wholemeal flour, and I have never found it anywhere in the US. I used to bring flour back from Ireland (because it's in every grocer) or have friends haul some back before I found Food Ireland online. This flour makes perfect soda bread - use the recipe on the package. Highly recommend.
