The slow-cook style is better ...

this has a bit more flavor but the same flat texture as any other quick-cooking oatmeal in the US so I only gave it 4 stars. I definitely prefer the slower-cooking McCann's steelcut in the tin. It takes longer to make but the wait is absolutely worth it.
