These are the nicest taste-of-summer biscuits you can ever imagine from your childhood. All those long months away from school, when you visit your family, hang out with your siblings, and have these delicious treats that just seem to make the holidays that much sweeter. The biscuit is soft, almost like a cookie, and the mallow and jam with that scrummy sprinkling of coconut... how can you ever just stop at one?
