Jacobs Kimberley cakes, a taste of home

|
A soft ginger cake is a more accurate description of Jacobs Kimberley biscuits than calling them simply a cookie. I remember visiting my grandma in ireland and getting Kimberley biscuits on a plate with a cup of strong tea. The taste of them always reminds me of my childhood and its a crying shame that they are so difficult to get hold of.
