This bread is baked fresh in Ireland and then immediately flash frozen to preserve freshness. The expiration date on the product refers to the expiration date of the bread in its frozen
state. When bread is defrosted this date does not apply. Defrosted bread has a 4 day shelf life
after frozen.
We pack bread straight from the freezer but it will arrive in a defrosted state.
You have 4 days from date your order ships to consume bread.

You got to hand it to Brennans for getting this stuff out to the States so fresh.
It arrived fresh and was just like as if I got it in Rooneys old Shop in Kilbeggan.
Had it with my Sausages and Rashers yesterday.
