Try this flour in your bread machine

Excellent product, worked out great in the bread machine.Tastes just like wheat bread.
1 3/4 C warm water
3T shortening melted
1 lg egg
4C flour(can use 1/2 brown bread & 1/2 white bread)
1 tsp salt
3 T sugar(can use brown sugar)
1 tsp dough enhancer
2 1/8 tsp Xanthum gum
1 T yeast
Put in order that your bread machine calls for, makes a 2 lb loaf. I use a programable machine set at; 10 minute preheat, 18 minute knead, 1hr 20 min rise, 66 minute bake, no warm setting.
