I haven't had Irish food, since I was in Ireland last year, and ordered a few different items when I discovered this site...all I can say is ALL of it is fantastic! The rashers taste so good...much better than American bacon, and I'm American! hehe
Anyways, your company is a lifesaver as a friend is going to be immigrating to the USA in a couple months, and is very excited that she will be able to get her familiar foods here in the states.

The rashers I purchased this year had an even better flavor than those I purchased last year. Highly recommended. A nice alternative to American or Canadian bacon.
