Big hit in the morning

Had some old friends over for a weekend and served up this breakfast. All of us loved it. Tea was refreshing, the brown bread was the best I have ever tasted, especially with the Kerrygold butter, and the main course worked out great. Will get one again when I am up for cooking a memorable breakfast.
