Amazingly flavorful oats made even more amazing by the five minute cook time. Most steel cut oats require around 30 minutes for preparation. So what a boon to enjoy all the richness and texture of genuine steel cut oat porridge - not the blander 'rolled oats' version - even on a busy, rushed morning!
