    Buy 'em boy-o!

Lovely sausages, right down to the crispy skin. Leave the casings as they are, just like the Irish ones. Bake from frozen to delicious in about 30 minutes @ 350, turn a few times. I like mine brown and crispy so you may want to pull yours earlier. Don't forget the broiled tomatoes!!! Add chips(fries) and you've a perfect dinner. Thank you Donnelly family.

Quite a bit better than Galtee. These are the closest thing we can get to real sausages in the US.

My first order and first taste of American-made Donnelly's Irish Sausage. Flavor is just about spot-on. Texture is a bit soft but hardly noticable. I do have to say that I am very dissappointed with the collagen casings; they're very tough and flavorless. Please- if it's at all possible, switch to authentic natural casings. They'll add greatly to the texture and flavor. Regardless, they're the best I've found state-side, but with real casings you'd have a much better product!

Really helped with the home sickness, taste delicious, taste just like home, feel like im back in tonys bistro in cork, if only i could get squeeze orange juice to go with it, nonetheless, perfect if your from ireland.

I love the Donnelly Sausages, they taste just like home. I have tried the Galtee but my family did not enjoy them. We look to cook the Donnelly products for a family fry up at the weekends!

I did a search in google and came across your website back in November of 2006. I placed my first order of the Donnelly Sausages before Christmas. I invited my family over to try them. Needless to say, I gave them the rest of my sausages away because if reminded them of the sausages we use to eat in Bermuda. Since then, I have been a regular customer and getting ready to place another order. The sausages are fantastic. I can't keep them in my refrigerator. So now, when I order, I order for my entire family. Love everything!!

We just arrived home to the states from a vacation to Dublin. We very much missed our Irish breakfasts and then we found this web site. We had a delicious Irish breakfast as soon as our order arrived. The Bangers were very mild and tasty, the brown bread and butter were great. We intend to continue to purchase from FoodIreland in the immediate future and then some. Many thanks for providing a taste of home for all of us here in the states!

My wife and I tried these with the website's coddle recipe. The flavor is mild and delicious. They are not at all greasy or fatty sausages. Cooked, they have a somewhat soft consistency. They are smaller than you might expect, about the size of link breakfast sausages. If boiled, the casing comes off very nicely. I was very happy with these and would absolutely consider buying them again and again. A good value for a high quality sausage.
