This is THE BEST!! Tastes just like the Knorrs brand of Farmhouse Vegetable Soup that the mammy used to make nightly back in Roscommon. I thought that Erin might not be as good a brand but it is EXCELLENT !!! If you have leftover potatos or carrots from the prior meal and throw those in it's absolutely GRAND!!!
